What contract types do you model?
SaaS subscriptions, services SOWs, channel reseller agreements, licensing deals, supply agreements, marketplace contracts, joint ventures, and equity-linked deals. If it has financial terms, we can model it.
How does the 24-hour SLA work?
The SLA clock starts when you click "Confirm and start modeling" on your brief — not when you pay. Standard delivery is within 72 hours of confirmation, Express within 48, Priority within 24. SLAs are calendar hours, not business hours.
Can I request changes after delivery?
Yes. First revision is included in every engagement. Additional revisions and scenario add-ons are $500 each.
