Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Auriflow Studio (the "Service"), operated by Auriflow Digital LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
Auriflow Studio is a professional financial modeling service. Customers upload commercial contracts and term sheets, participate in an AI-assisted intake process, confirm a modeling brief, and receive a custom Excel financial model and web dashboard. Deliverables are produced by a human operator, informed by AI-assisted extraction and intake.
3. NDA Requirement
A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) must be executed via DocuSign before any contract data or commercially sensitive information is uploaded to the Service. The NDA governs the treatment of confidential information exchanged during an engagement.
4. Fees and Payment
Fees are due upon brief confirmation. Payment is processed via Stripe. Fees are non-refundable after delivery, except as provided in Section 7. The Service charges in US dollars. Credit card statements will reflect "AURIFLOW STUDIO."
5. Deliverable Scope
The scope of each engagement is defined by the confirmed modeling brief. The Company will deliver the items described in the brief within the selected SLA window, measured from brief confirmation timestamp. One revision is included in every engagement. Additional revisions and scenario add-ons are subject to additional fees.
6. Financial Model Disclaimer
Deliverables produced by Auriflow Studio are financial models based on the information you provide and the terms extracted from your uploaded documents. They are analytical tools and do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice. The Company makes no representation as to the accuracy of any projections, and you should not rely on deliverables as the sole basis for any business decision. Engage qualified advisors as appropriate.
7. SLA and Refunds
If we fail to deliver within your selected SLA window, contact us at studio@auriflow.com. We will either deliver as soon as practicable or issue a full refund at your election. Refunds are not available after delivery except as described in this section.
8. Customer Data
Customer data handling is described in the Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you upload. You grant the Company a limited, nonexclusive license to process your data for the purpose of delivering the Service. Data will not be used for AI model training. You may delete your data at any time as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you receive a perpetual, nonexclusive license to use the delivered Excel workbook and associated data files for your internal business purposes. The methodology, template structure, and proprietary frameworks used to build deliverables remain the property of Auriflow Digital LLC.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount paid by you for the engagement giving rise to the claim. The Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
