Contracts & Scope

What contract types can you model?

SaaS subscriptions, services SOWs, channel reseller agreements, licensing deals, supply agreements, marketplace contracts, joint ventures, and equity-linked deals. If it has financial terms, we can model it. If you have an unusual contract type, contact us before starting — we will tell you honestly whether we can help.

Does my contract need to be final?

No. Many customers upload term sheets, LOIs, or draft agreements. The model captures the current economic terms and highlights open items. Modeling a draft is often the most valuable use case — you want to know what to push for before you've agreed.

Can you model contracts in languages other than English?

Not in V1. English-language contracts and term sheets only.

What file formats do you accept?

PDF only, up to 25MB. The PDF must be text-based (machine-readable). Scanned PDFs without embedded text are not supported in V1.

Process & Timeline

How does the SLA work?

The SLA clock starts when you click "Confirm and start modeling" on your brief, not when you pay. Standard is 72 hours, Express is 48 hours, Priority is 24 hours. SLAs are calendar hours, not business hours — a Priority engagement confirmed at 6pm Friday will be delivered by 6pm Saturday.

What happens during the AI intake conversation?

A structured 6-part conversation built on Claude extracts your modeling intent, decision deadline, output audience, economic gaps, scenarios to model, sensitivity variables, and deliverable preferences. It uses clickable options for most questions, with free-text available. Typical runtime is 12 minutes. You can save and resume at any point.

Why do I need to confirm a brief before payment?

The brief locks the scope. You are paying for a specific model defined in the brief, not an open-ended engagement. If the scope needs to change after confirmation, we will discuss it — but the brief is the contract. This protects you as much as it protects us.

Can I change my assumptions after the brief is confirmed?

Minor changes can be handled as part of the first revision. Major scope changes require a new engagement.

Deliverable

What does the Excel workbook include?

Ten sheets: cover, executive summary, assumptions, contract terms, base case model, scenarios, sensitivity tables, charts, negotiation levers, and methodology. The base case model spans the full contract term with monthly-level columns. The negotiation levers sheet shows which terms move the headline metrics most.

What is the live web dashboard?

An interactive view inside your customer dashboard with headline metrics (NPV, IRR, payback, gross margin), scenario toggles, a sensitivity heatmap, and sliders for the top negotiation levers. Moving a slider recalculates the metrics in real time. It's built from a structured data file Mike uploads alongside the Excel.

Is the first revision really included?

Yes. One revision is included with every engagement. If anything in the model is wrong — bad assumption, missed term, incorrect formula — request a revision from your dashboard. Additional revisions and scenario add-ons are $500 each.

Security & Data

Who sees my contract?

Two parties: the AI (Claude API, under Anthropic's commercial terms) during extraction, and the human operator (Mike at Auriflow) during modeling. No third parties, no subcontractors.

Will my data be used to train AI?

No. We use Anthropic's API under commercial terms, which prohibit using API inputs/outputs for model training without explicit permission.

Can I delete my data?

Yes. Your dashboard has a "Delete all my data" button. Clicking it immediately purges uploaded files from storage and queues anonymization of database records. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Billing

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit and debit cards via Stripe. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

What will appear on my credit card statement?

AURIFLOW STUDIO.

Do you offer refunds?

If we are unable to deliver within your SLA window, contact us immediately. We handle each case individually. Once a model is delivered, fees are non-refundable — but revisions are included.
