Scope
What kinds of quotes can Auriflow model?
Auriflow is built for complex B2B pricing and quote models: usage-based pricing, enterprise renewals, volume discounts, multi-year ramps, channel or reseller quotes, SLA uplift pricing, services plus subscription bundles, deployment pricing, and margin guardrail reviews. If the quote depends on price, cost, volume, timing, discounting, or customer-specific assumptions, it is usually a strong fit.
Is this a CPQ replacement?
Not yet. Auriflow is a quote-modeling workspace, not a full CRM or CPQ system of record. It helps you turn messy inputs into quote-ready economics, scenarios, approval support, and hosted summaries. Teams can use it before, beside, or upstream of a heavier CPQ implementation.
What inputs can I upload?
The first source upload accepts up to ten text-based PDF, Word, Excel, CSV, text, JSON, or PPTX files, 25MB each and 80MB combined, or one shared Google Docs link. Supplemental uploads can include broader business formats such as legacy PowerPoint files, OpenDocument files, Keynote decks, prior models, exhibits, and additional context. Files used for extraction should contain selectable text; scanned image PDFs without embedded text are not supported.
Does every input need to be final?
No. Draft price books, rough cost files, partial proposals, early package ideas, and customer context are all useful. The model can identify open items and show where the quote is sensitive to assumptions that still need confirmation.
Workflow
How does guided intake work?
After upload, the app asks structured questions about quote objective, customer segment, package, volume, ramp, usage, cost-to-serve, discounts, margin targets, approval constraints, scenarios, and timing. It uses clickable options for most questions with free-text fallback, and it can be paused and resumed.
Do I see what will be modeled before the work starts?
Yes. After intake you confirm a scope brief, and before modeling begins Auriflow produces a written analysis plan from everything gathered in discovery: objective, open questions, which data inputs are available, missing, or assumed, the modeling approach, the scenarios to run, deliverables, and remaining assumptions. The plan is approved as a numbered version and the build runs against that version. If the plan is regenerated, the earlier version is marked superseded so only one approved plan is ever in force.
How do follow-up questions work?
Follow-up questions are sent from the workspace thread and can trigger an email notification, so you do not have to watch the app for activity. The question and your answer are both written into the project record automatically and tagged as follow-ups, alongside requirements, deliverables, data received, assumptions, and decisions.
Can the delivery deadline change if my timeline moves?
Yes. Ask for a different delivery date in the workspace or by email and the deadline is updated, recorded with the reason in the engagement audit history, and confirmed back to you by email. Material scope changes may still need a scope or timing confirmation.
Who actually builds the quote model?
The app reduces the friction of intake, upload, interaction, and delivery. The final quote model is still reviewed and delivered by a human pricing and modeling operator with 15+ years of experience when expert support is part of the scope.
How long does activation take?
Activation starts after payment and final materials confirmation. A standard template or custom pricing product is generally configured within five business days. Multi-product systems, integrations, and material scope changes receive a specific implementation plan before checkout.
Can I add more files after the first upload?
Yes. Supplemental uploads are allowed where they provide additional context for the quote model. The delivery clock depends on final materials confirmation, so material late additions may require scope or timing confirmation.
Deliverable
What does the Excel model include?
The workbook is custom to the quote. Typical sections include an executive summary, assumptions, source inputs, base quote, pricing scenarios, contribution and margin view, sensitivity tables, guardrails, decision levers, and methodology notes.
What is the hosted model summary?
It is an interactive web view inside the customer dashboard with headline quote metrics, scenario comparison, key assumptions, pricing levers, and a concise narrative. It is designed to make the output easier to review and share than a raw spreadsheet alone.
How many scenarios are included?
Every quote model includes a base case plus up to three priority scenarios selected during intake. The model can still stress-test key variables inside those cases through sensitivity analysis.
Are model updates included?
Yes. Activation includes the review needed to confirm the configured model, and an active subscription includes one consolidated model tune-up each quarter. New pricing engines, integrations, or material logic changes are scoped separately.
Security & Data
Who sees my uploaded quote materials?
Your uploaded materials are processed through the application for extraction and intake support, then reviewed by the Auriflow operator building or QAing your quote model. No subcontractors or offshore production teams are used for customer model delivery.
Do you use or store my quote data for anything besides deliverables?
We use customer-specific data only as needed for project deliverables and related workflows: extraction, intake, scope brief, Excel model, hosted summary, delivery, support, audit, billing, security, and deletion. We may use aggregated, non-identifying metadata, such as quote type, approximate value bands, turnaround times, input categories, or scenario categories, to improve and market Auriflow Studio. We do not share identifiable company-specific details, counterparty names, uploaded documents, customer-specific pricing, or customer-specific outputs in marketing or with third parties.
Will my data be used for model training?
No. Assisted processing uses Anthropic API services under commercial terms. API inputs and outputs are not used to train Anthropic models unless a customer explicitly opts in.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. The dashboard includes a data deletion control. Uploaded files and sensitive project data are purged; database and audit records are anonymized or retained only as described in the Privacy Policy.
Billing
What am I paying for?
The one-time activation fee pays for adapting or building the first pricing model. The monthly subscription keeps the hosted workspace, source library, outputs, standard support, routine maintenance, and one quarterly tune-up active.
What counts as one pricing product?
One product is one repeatable quote motion with a shared input structure, calculation logic, cost and margin rules, scenario framework, and output format. Packages, tiers, and SKUs that use the same engine stay together. A materially different business line or pricing engine is a separate product.
What is not included in monthly maintenance?
A new pricing engine, major logic redesign, custom integration, new approval workflow, or materially different output is scoped separately. Routine source and rate refreshes that do not change the core logic are included.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards via Stripe, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
What will appear on my credit card statement?
AURIFLOW STUDIO.
Do you offer refunds?
Activation fees become non-refundable once configuration work begins. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled before the next renewal; access continues through the paid period and partial months are not refunded. If Auriflow cannot deliver the confirmed activation scope for reasons within its reasonable control, the applicable activation fee will be refunded.
