Scope
What can you model?
Contract economics, long-range forecasts, pricing models, scenario analysis, SaaS subscriptions, services SOWs, channel agreements, licensing deals, supply agreements, and custom commercial cases. If the decision has financial drivers, we can usually model it. If you have an unusual project type, contact us before starting — we will tell you honestly whether we can help.
Does my source material need to be final?
No. Many customers upload draft agreements, term sheets, LOIs, forecast workbooks, pricing notes, or partial planning materials. The model captures the current economics and highlights open items. Modeling before the decision is often the most valuable use case.
Can you work from non-English source materials?
Not in V1. English-language source materials only.
What file formats do you accept?
For the first source upload, we accept text-based PDF, Word, Excel, CSV, text, JSON, PPTX, or a shared Google Docs link up to 25MB. After intake, you can add broader supplemental materials including legacy PowerPoint files, OpenDocument files, Keynote decks, prior models, and exhibits. Files used for extraction should contain selectable text — scanned image PDFs without embedded text are not supported.
Process & Timeline
How does the SLA work?
The SLA clock starts after payment and final materials confirmation. Standard is 5 business days. Express is 72 hours, Priority is 48 hours, and Surge is 24 hours. Standard skips weekends; the faster tiers are calendar-hour commitments.
What happens during the guided intake conversation?
A structured 6-part conversation captures your modeling intent, decision deadline, output audience, economic gaps, scenarios to model, sensitivity variables, and deliverable preferences. It uses clickable options for most questions, with free-text available. Typical runtime is 12 minutes. You can save and resume at any point.
Why do I need to confirm a brief before payment?
The brief locks the scope. You are paying for a specific model defined in the brief, not an open-ended engagement. If the scope needs to change after confirmation, we will discuss it, but the brief is the source of truth for the work. This protects you as much as it protects us.
Can I change my assumptions after the brief is confirmed?
Minor changes can be handled as part of the first revision. Major scope changes require a new engagement.
Deliverable
What does the Excel workbook include?
The workbook is custom to the engagement, so the exact sheet count depends on the source materials and scenarios. Every workbook includes the core pieces needed for decision-making: documented assumptions, extracted terms or inputs, base case economics, scenario analysis, sensitivities, and methodology notes. More complex engagements may include additional schedules or supporting analyses.
What is the live web dashboard?
An interactive view inside your customer dashboard with headline metrics (NPV, IRR, payback, gross margin), scenario toggles, a sensitivity heatmap, and sliders for the top negotiation levers. Moving a slider recalculates the metrics in real time. It's built from a structured data file the operator uploads alongside the Excel workbook.
Is the first revision really included?
Yes. One revision is included with every engagement. If anything in the model is wrong — bad assumption, missed term, incorrect formula — request a revision from your dashboard. Additional revisions and scenario add-ons are $500 each.
Security & Data
Who sees my uploaded materials?
Your materials are processed through the application for extraction and intake support, then reviewed by the Auriflow Studio operator building your model. No subcontractors or offshore production teams are used for customer model delivery.
Do you use or store my project data for anything besides the project?
We use customer-specific data only as needed to create your engagement deliverables: extraction, intake, scope brief, Excel model, dashboard, delivery, support, audit, and deletion workflows. We may use aggregated, non-identifying metadata — such as project type, approximate value bands, common terms, turnaround times, or scenario categories — to improve and market Auriflow Studio. We do not share identifiable company-specific details, counterparty names, uploaded documents, or customer-specific outputs in marketing or with third parties.
Will my data be used for model training?
No. Assisted processing uses Anthropic's API under commercial terms. API inputs and outputs are not used to train Anthropic models unless a customer explicitly opts in.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. Your dashboard has a data deletion control. Uploaded files and sensitive project data are purged immediately; database and audit records are anonymized or retained only as described in the Privacy Policy.
Billing
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards via Stripe. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
What will appear on my credit card statement?
AURIFLOW STUDIO.
Do you offer refunds?
If we are unable to deliver within your SLA window, contact us immediately. We handle each case individually. Once a model is delivered, fees are non-refundable — but revisions are included.
